The following are the general installation steps of PVC UV wall panels:

Preparation:

1. Measure the wall accurately to calculate the number of panels needed. Ensure the wall surface is clean, dry, and flat. Remove any old wallpaper, paint flakes, or dirt. If there are holes or cracks, repair and smoothen them.

2. Gather the necessary tools, including a tape measure, utility knife, saw (for cutting panels if required), level, adhesive, caulk, and a caulking gun.

Installation:

1. Start from one corner of the wall. Apply a continuous bead of adhesive along the back of the first panel, about 1 - 2 inches from the edges.

2. Press the panel firmly onto the wall, making sure it is level. Use a level tool to check and adjust if necessary. Hold it in place for a few seconds to allow the adhesive to start bonding.

3. For the next panel, apply adhesive in the same way. Butt the edge of the new panel against the previous one, ensuring a tight fit. Make sure the pattern or texture alignment is correct if applicable.

4. Continue installing panels row by row, cutting panels to fit around obstacles such as electrical outlets or windows. Use a saw or utility knife for precise cutting.

5. Once all panels are installed, check for any gaps or unevenness. Fill small gaps with caulk using a caulking gun. Smooth the caulk with a wet finger or a caulk smoothing tool.

Finishing:

Allow the adhesive and caulk to dry completely according to the manufacturer's instructions. This usually takes a few hours to a day. After drying, the wall is ready for use and will have a beautiful and durable finish.
