Curved walls are where flat panels fail, so this slat sheet is heat-formed to order: reception drums, columns, bulkheads, stair soffits and curved booth backs all receive one continuous slat rhythm. Because the felt backing compresses into the bend, joints close, absorption stays even and no kerf cuts show through the face. Installers fix it with adhesive and hidden clips on a curved batten frame, trimming on site, and one 400-millimetre radius panel replaces a dozen hand-cut segments and their visible breaks. The 400-millimetre minimum radius covers most architectural curves, with any tighter bends produced to order after sample approval.
